Made to Order Products

Our embroidered T-shirts and sweatshirts are produced on a made-to-order basis and are not held as ready-to-ship stock.

To keep our prices affordable and operate sustainably as a small independent business, orders are collected over a set ordering period and processed in weekly batches. Once the ordering period closes, we purchase the required blank garments in bulk before embroidering and preparing orders for dispatch.

Each product listing will display an estimated dispatch date applicable to that ordering period.

The estimated dispatch date is not a guaranteed delivery date. While we aim to dispatch orders as close to the advertised date as possible, occasional delays may occur due to supplier availability, delivery of materials, production requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

By placing an order for a made-to-order product, you acknowledge that the item will be produced specifically for you and that the estimated dispatch date shown at the time of purchase is the expected timeframe for dispatch.

Ready to Ship Products

All items not marked as 'Made to Order' are considered ready to ship, and will be dispatched within 2 working days.

If you have ordered both made to order and ready to ship items in the same transaction, these will ship together when the made to order item is ready.

If you would prefer your ready to ship items to be sent seperately, please create 2 orders. Additional postage charges will not be refunded.

All deliveries

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided at this stage.

Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched and vary depending on the delivery service and the destination. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service after your order has been dispatched, although we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

If we become aware of a significant delay that is likely to affect your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

All packages are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48/International Tracked.

UK shipping is capped at £3.50 and UK orders over £75 ship for free.
International costs vary, please see price at checkout.
